ePortfolio allows you to create both a Working Portfolio and a Career Portfolio web page.

• Working Portfolio.  A Working Portfolio is a collection of items that together provide evidence of your work-related knowledge, skills, and personal qualities.  It includes various types of entries, including reflections and photos of you performing work in your trade. 

The contents of your Working Portfolio are password protected and are visible only to you— unless you choose to share them with other Job Corps students or staff.  

• Career Portfolio Web Page.  A Career Portfolio is a web page that you develop to showcase your work-related knowledge, skills, and personal qualities.  To create this, you draw upon items that you have created and stored in your Working Portfolio.

The contents of your Career Portfolio web page are visible to anyone who has the URL (the web address).  Some students create more than one of these to customize the Career Portfolio for specific jobs or employers.  Each will have its own URL.
